Why mobile notary
Notarization that fits your life.
A mobile notary removes the hardest part of getting documents signed — getting everyone to the same place at the same time.
Your time back
No driving across town, no waiting in line at the bank hoping their notary is in. We handle it where you already are.
When travel isn't possible
Hospital stays, rehab, assisted living, or limited mobility — we bring the notarization to the bedside.
Around your schedule
Early mornings, lunch breaks, evenings and Saturdays. We work around your day, not the other way around.
Handled correctly
Every signing is completed accurately and compliantly the first time — so your documents hold up when it counts.

Common questions
Mobile notary FAQs.
How far will you travel?+
We serve Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida area, including the Beaches, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, Nassau and St. Johns counties. If you're not sure whether you're in range, give us a call — we travel further than most, and we'll tell you straight away.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home?+
Yes. Hospital rooms, rehab centers, assisted living and hospice are some of our most common mobile appointments. The signer must be alert, aware of what they're signing, and able to communicate their intent, and they'll still need valid photo ID.
What ID do I need?+
Every person signing needs a current, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the document.
Should I sign the document before you arrive?+
No — please leave it unsigned. Florida law requires that signatures be made in the notary's presence, so signing beforehand means we'd have to start over.
Do you provide witnesses?+
Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to the notary. Let us know what you're signing when you book and we'll tell you exactly what's needed so nothing holds up your appointment.
Do you offer appointments outside business hours?+
Our standard hours are Monday–Friday 9:00–4:00 and Saturday 10:00–4:00. If you need something outside those windows, call us — we do our best to accommodate urgent and after-hours requests.
What does a mobile notary appointment cost?+
Florida sets the maximum notarial fee per notarized signature, and mobile service includes a travel fee based on your location and timing. Call or message us with the details and we'll give you a clear quote up front — no surprises.
Can you notarize documents in Spanish?+
Yes. Alcides is a native Spanish speaker, so we can walk you through the signing comfortably in English or Spanish.
